Hi Everyone,

Thanks for your interest in STORM Co Swansea.  This is a unique opportunity to support a community that is in need of community and the love of Christ as many of the rural towns that are visited by STORM Co teams.

The Swansea area has over 10,000 people in it surrounded by the lake and the beach this peninsular always has a holiday feel to it. The church is a wonderful one that is within walking distance of the town centre, the channel and the Lake, with Caves Beach only a short drive away.

In the October School Holidays we are planning on running a kids club and other service activities as an outreach into this community. We will be sharing the love of Jesus with as many young people as we can through, games, stories, activities and friendship.

The Swansea SDA church will be our hosts. This Church is a group of 15-20 people, mostly older, who Love Jesus and want to see people, and especially kids come to know Him.  But they need your energy and vitality to help them out.  This trip will be different to others, where we will be combining efforts and creating a super team including those from the Swansea Church.

Because of this we will also have the opportunity to participate as families.  This is not just for High schoolers but for anyone who is interested! We would love to see families come and work and worship together (P.S. If you have to work, that's OK but we are really close to home and it might be a great experience for you to join us whenever you can.)

• Saturday 25th August STORM Co team planing and training
• Saturday 15th September STORM Co team planing and training
• Accomodation will be tents/campers in the church backyard
• Meals provided onsite
• Mornings Kids Club
• Afternoon Service and recreation
